      Money isn’t bad to start off but they will low ball you watch out. Don’t have to do turns as a tech,

      Cheap! Not much in raises, Not caring about the employees and property looks good from outside but everything inside is outdated and needs remodel don’t really have company vehicles have to drive personal

      Pros

      Great benefits, fairly good wages, laid back, understanding employers. My boss that I worked under was outstanding, knew what she was doing, and was very apt to listen to my suggestions.

      Cons

      The company is controlled too much by the owner, which sometimes makes enacting real change difficult. The owner, in my opinion, has way too much control over each area of the business and needs to let the people who specialize in certain fields do their job.

      Pros

      You get a paycheck. Other than that I cannot think of a single good thing to say.

      Cons

      Zero consistency, the amount of people pushed in and out of the company is outrageous. Management is just there for a "job" and never seemed to care about the people it serviced or worked there. Every now and then an employee would care, but after a few months of being pushed around bullied and disrespected, any passion was gone. In general the communities were sub-par and every bit of attention was paid to getting someone to move in, yet once they were in they fell through the cracks and nobody worried about their well-being after that.
