Opportunities in a Smaller Organization While growth opportunities may vary by department due to the company’s smaller size, the upside is that you're never just a number. With around 60 employees, there are more chances to learn and gain visibility within the organization. In contrast to larger companies I’ve worked at (1,000+ people), I’ve experienced far more growth and skill development here in 6 months than in other companies I've worked for 2+ years. Modern, Comfortable Office Space The office is beautifully designed. Modern, cozy, and a genuinely pleasant space to work in. Flexible In-Office Expectations While being in the office regularly is expected, especially during events or when hosting guests, there is flexibility. There’s usually no issue working from home when it's needed. It varies a bit by team, but with good communication, flexibility is absolutely there.
