      Pros

      Allows for an opportunity to work with a variety of governmental clients. They provide a wide range of services.

      Cons

      Offices are dated. Senior management positions are set for the future. All and all a good place to work though.

      Very flexible with hours, good people, great location, do help with getting professional licensing, friendly senior staff

      Cons

      No room for advancement, as a subconsultant on projects they get stuck with smaller roles on every project, very easy to get pigeonholed into one role, don't hire the best people
