Great staff
Global Company,
good salary package but less than in the past and small negotiation possibilities,
great opportunities and projects if you’re supported,
contribution to eradicate diseases (such as Tetanus, diphtheria, meningitis, measles, hepatitis, ….)
Cons
High change management levels due to poor vision
Not enough patient focused (to inaccessible & GSK is too big)
Top management has a poor charisma radiance and no crystal clear direction.
Lack of transparency at some management levels who were quite secretive about future plans for the company
Too many rules and it became to administrative ( work fictive 3 hours and have 4 hours of paperwork & negotiations)
