Pros
While it is a big corporation and culture is team dependent it is clear that leadership demonstrates the desire for employees to be incredibly proud to work here. Buildings are kept immaculately clean.
Cons
Hard to progress career. Lots of re-orgs. Feel like you could be cut any year as many other great people are. This is based on my 3 years in US tech. Speaking with colleagues this is how many other big companies are. (My first Fortune company role)
