Pros

Lots of energetic people and always projects and other interesting things going on that you can get involved in

Cons

Utterly toxic culture and rampant bullying that senior management were fully aware of, but didn't seem to care very much about. Made every day at work really unpleasant and completely destroyed any constructive working culture that might have otherwise developed. It seemed to infect every corner of the organisation (in their HQ at least).
