- Commercial manufacturing support hours are scheduled around the manufacturing process, so you can get calls even when off / out of the office
- Poor work-life balance
- A lot of politics and red tape to get any simple thing done
- Fixed bonus structures so it's based on tenure and not your actual performance anymore, so you have a lot of loafers that don't do enough but still get paid as much if not more because they've been with the company longer
