      Laid back environment, excellent benefits, low stress

      Cons

      Some of the workforce can be very divided, favoritism a subtlety but very present in compensation and treatment. Individuals dependent on value to company may get special treatment over peers in the same position. Scheduling can also be a con at times some are forced in on weekends and have no say.
