      Benefits package was good but I felt the company could’ve invested more in its employees for site resiliency, team building, etc

      Pace is slow, overtime is not crazy, Colleagues are mostly helpful and hardworking.

      Cons

      Lots of rework, lots of meetings without outcome. Generally low empowerment to make decisions.
