      Great work life balance

      Pros

      Working here provides great work life balance. You are able to work with your manager and have flexible work hours as well as have some days to work from home. The culture here promotes people having hobbies outside of work and allow you the time to pursue them.

      Cons

      Pay is not as high as other pharmaceutical companies, but the work life balance here is head and shoulders above anywhere else.

      Pros

      Decent pay but not the highest around with quite good benefits and an 11% salary match into your 401k through 3 avenues (4% match, 5% "penison" addition, 2% automatic addition)

      Cons

      Sr. Management is a bit blind to their middle managers' lack of trust in their own employees. Elimination of positions to clear salary headspace for cheaper employees. Many middle managers are the type to throw their direct reports under the bus.
