People in the company are absolutely the best. Always looking for a cross-functional help, colaboration, problem solving etc. Nice salaries across the market and compensation rates.

Cons

Strong compliance, which is against business and performance results (not supporting it). Chaos in several processes due to excessive global regulations, which are not considering local market rules.

-Complete lack of communication from management and C suite -Absolutely no attention paid to the needs of lab workers -Incredibly crowded facility with no ideas to improve -Breakneck pace and high demands make for an incredibly stressful environment -Promotions and raises are tough to come by
