Depending on the manager, concerns may not be heard, may not care about what this or her subordinates do every day or their experience, may rely on rumors for performance reviews, they attack, may blame or criticize immeduately without asking before, may provide a poor feedback, may menace someone who requests OT or menace who works OT without requesting it because of the former, may give too much work to someone or too little to other, etc.
