Toxic culture but improving

Fair compensation, open floor office setting

Cons

Culture was ill - talkers got promoted but doers were let go. Eventually little work is done. Unnecessary red tapes everywhere forcing people to work in silos. But I heard things are improving lately.

Great WL Balance Good compensation. Good Pipeline Good exposure to molecules in different therapeutic areas. Company is trying implement small scale predictive tools and enhanced engineering approaches towards process development.

Cons

Responsibilities not well defined. Compensation lower than industry average. Range of experience levels included in the investigator position (PhD plus 1 year experience to 10 year experience). Career progression unclear.
