Cons
Simplification of roles and movement to low cost resources in other countries (i.e. Poland, India) has become the norm. Lack of opportunity for advancement. Unrealistic yearly objectives based on continually changing priorities, and lack of resources, limit ability to attain better than average annual reviews for better pay and advancement. Short life span for employees that have been with the company over 10 years even though they have deep subject matter expertise.
