      Still a good place to work

      Pros

      The work enviroment is still better than many other places, with fairly nice office spaces, salary and benefits. Current employee health insurance is top notch and there are many programs to aimed to keep employees energized.

      Cons

      The business model conintures to undergo many changes which have lead to many rounds of layoffs. The work enviroment is very demanding and can require long working hours.

      Great if you live in the UK

      Flexibility, open concept, some collaboration, opportunity to develop in different areas (to a point), global exposure, great people to work with in most parts of the organization.

      Cons

      You're only going to excel if you live in the UK. Very elite UK mentality. Holds on to employees who provide no value. Thinks global means UK and is not open to other thinking. No diversity-look at the leadership at any level.
