many SOP with lot of wastes on the processes and no awarness of OE principles, many time waste on no value added activities

Recently went through a restructuring that moved many U.S.-based roles to India and the UK, while outsourcing hundreds of tech positions from Poland to Accenture. Although exit compensation and benefits were provided, I had believed this was the place where I would spend the rest of my career. There also seem to be too many VP roles, with some overlapping and stumbling over each other due to unclear responsibilities.
