Pros

Have ideas for bringing good products to market , some for unmet needs of patients. Unfortunately their marketing department and contracting have no clue to current business environments. Ok benefits.

Cons

They are the biggest fraud in the Pharma industry. They purport their vision is all about being the most trusted pharma partner to health care professionals and patients. Bottom line they are strictly about profits, not patients. Deceptive marketing practices unchanged despite paying the Dept of Justice a 3 Billion dollar fine. Their recent downsizing of 2000 employees came after a 2 Billion dollar shortfall in revenue in lead brand Advair due to mistakes made by upper management, contracting and DC herself who was " forced to retire". Cut many senior employees with outstanding top 10% performance rankings and prolonged loyal service. These factors mean nothing to management and HR who were forced to maximize cost cutting. Spending the majority of my 30+ year career there was the worst mistake I have ever made.
