      Pros

      Haven't found any yet as my old company was acquired by GSK Consumer. Therefore, I want to leave the organization

      Cons

      Culture is not that of empowerment or speak up. Management is not committed to advancing the careers of their employees. There isn't work life balance. Work is dumped on the employees. Lack of a recognition program as well.

      Benefits package is really great

      Cons

      Management seems to be more about how they can promote themselves then in providing opportunities/advancements for others. An entire site is treated like a red-headed step-child because they were once 'the other company' even though the merger was almost 14 years ago.
