      Pros

      Good benefits, nice office. Coworkers are knowledgable and you can have fun and learn a lot.

      Cons

      They have found new ways not to pay out bonus. The forced ranking system is a total lie, and things like gender and race get thrown in the mix. They tout transparency and they are anything but. Used to be a place you were proud to be at, but anymore leadership and anyone able are jumping ship at an alarming rate of speed. The people go away, the work does not, and no one wants to make a decision, so those still left there are overwhelmed.

      Flexibility, open concept, some collaboration, opportunity to develop in different areas (to a point), global exposure, great people to work with in most parts of the organization.

      Cons

      You're only going to excel if you live in the UK. Very elite UK mentality. Holds on to employees who provide no value. Thinks global means UK and is not open to other thinking. No diversity-look at the leadership at any level.
