      Pros

      Great company vision and values. I think the salary/benefits package is comparable or better than other similar size companies. Support learning and development. Brilliantly multicultural staff from all over the world - worked with some wonderful people.

      Cons

      All Systems outdated, SAP & JDE data quality appalling, slow to take decisions as so many stakeholders to involve. Recruitment process to replace leaving staff is excruciatingly slow. The company values that are indoctrinated into you, dont always seem to apply to those at Senior management level - where there are some very hard people to work for.
