Pros

Work life balance, frequent promotions, excellent staff, plenty of holidays, excellent holidays, company car, supportive management strategy, plenty of perks, having a global player in pharmaceuticals looks good on the old CV

Cons

Commute at 8am in the mornings isn't the easiest. Could perhaps have more space in the office as it can feel cramped at times. Canteen is overpriced for what you get. More on the job training for new starts would be good.

Pros

Great benefits, company has good products. The people I worked with were fun to be with, and my managers, by and large have been colleagues instead o micro managers

Cons

Patient first has caused so much drama. When sales people not paid on sales, but instead test taking it becomes demotivativating. There was a lack of transparency that ran counter to managements verbal comments. New launches have been terrible a we were trying to fit round pegs into a square hold
