      Dynamic and Challenging but a great place to be

      - Our products are used by millions of patients and consumers everyday and make a positive impact without question, - Engaged in the developed, developing and emerging markets in a way that enables more people to have access - not just profits, - new CEO has injected great energy and expectation into the company,

      Cons

      - can be a very complex place to work and understand, - current period of great change now has created some uncertainty, - systems and processes within the corporate side of the business aren't the best,

      Outdated management style

      Pros

      Amazing building; great facilities including a "high street" that provides everything; easy access for commuting; ability for flexible working to manage home life issues. A lot of communication channels.

      Cons

      Awful middle management style! Not sure if it's a legacy of trickle down of 1980s blame culture from senior management but it is certainly not based in the 21st century. Not solution focussed, more keen on escalating every little problem upwards.
