Pros

Good working environment Flexible working Great benefits, 2 shares schemes, good pension, maternity package Lots of opportunities to learn and develop

Cons

Salary is generally lower than national average, unless you keep changing roles and get pay rise every time Love restructuring, lots of management changes Can be a bit unfair to employees

Pros

Possibility of working cross-functionally with different teams. Learning curve. High visibility in the organisation. Development in terms of project management.

Cons

Very low salary for being a global position. Not allowed to travel in the way other departments do. Sessions have to be done remotely as there is no budget for doing it face to face.

Pros

The people are willing to change things and are always looking for improvement. They are inclined to help anyone who asks for it.

Cons

the complexity/size of the organization makes it difficult sometimes to have access to the information you are looking for.
