      Pros

      Represented in most categories of Health care products. The sequential merger - bringing in the molecules not present earlier. Futuristic with Genetics based Medicine research. Strong in Vaccines, Respiratory Infections and conditions and Specific Life style products particularly CNS and diabetes.

      Cons

      Bit slow in coming out with new molecules. In the indian context - not many research molecules being introduced due to Govt bariers and price controls. No uniqueness left out as many Indian companies having already launced the research molucles. Conservative management policies, Too many cash cows and lesser Stars.

      Pros

      Acces to training schedules, high performance technology and a very good organizational culture involved in helping the local population and business. Very good management and organization.

      Cons

      One of the cons I can report is that the top management does not assure all of the needs of employees.
