pride, global perception, work ethics, quality focus, brand recognition, good pay and benefits, great employee perks like gym and cafeteria. Employees take extra time off at the end of the year.

Pros

It's got fantastic values and behaviours to aspire to. Work is interesting and potential to work on projects that provide real value to society is there.

Cons

Struggling with a new identity and walking the talk of those values. Consider if you are young talent, but beware if you are over 50. They are looking for youn talent and pushing out older employees to save costs.
