Seems like most major decisions are made by throwing a dart at a dartboard - all done without input from the actual people that have to carry out the inane marching orders. The latest sales initiative with the creative moniker, COCO, is a disaster and encourages reps to act in a manner that is different when their managers are not around. Don't expect recognition or promotion if you're not a female and/or minority. Restructuring every 18 to 24 months. Don't expect to keep your same territory or manager.
