      Cutthroat- Leadership out for themselves

      Great peers. Hard working people.

      Cons

      Leadership in consumer healthcare - top down decision making but also push away accountability for their decisions. Has had heavy attrition recently - especially among diverse employees due to lack of empathy / community.
