Good opportunity for advancement.Every day you go to work to reach a high percentage of products to ship out .we get on the computer to keep use in knowledge of our task.

The Job was nice being that the benefits and pay was good and you got to work alone in a room as a machine operator. First shift had really good hours 6 am to 230pm. Training was decent even if you weren't ready to be alone they put you by your self but their was always another operator or floater around the corner to help. Floaters were much more helpful and nicer than the maintenance team.
