      Working at GSK has a lot of great perks, you get to do meaningful work that improves lives, with plenty of opportunities for growth, strong benefits, and a focus on diversity, collaboration, and work-life balance. Plus, with its global reach and commitment to sustainability, your work can make a big impact while being part of a supportive and innovative environment.

      Cons

      There’s competition for promotions, and maintaining work-life balance can be tough in some positions. Office politics and frequent organizational changes can also be challenging, but for those seeking purpose-driven work, GSK is still a great place to grow.

      Not my favorite workplace

      Pros

      The office was nice. A large majority of the people were extremely smart and friendly.

      Cons

      Several of the managers weren't interested in building people. There were cliques very much like high school.
