Pros

Great work culture. Specially if you are joining as fresher or start up with few experience. Chances to explore and growth in terms of knowledge.

Cons

*Pay is not as per the normal organization standards. * manager driven,( HR does not have any say on management decision)

Was a good platform to learn new technologies. Good training.

Cons

Company doesn't follow proper immigration rules. HR Team exploits the employees. Compensation is not as per the market standards

Pros

no pros only crons serously... not even Cmmi L 5 but they feel it is a L5 cmpany you can sleep in night sfits you can play in night shifts you can go ouside of company during work hours no one care

Cons

very less salary they will ask you sign 2 years bond for 5000 rupees as intial cmpensation no pf contribution no fun no work no hike (they will give 2% ) no traing for freshers management will change with in span of months no cab facility no growth on carier no projects no proper intraction with management no certification reembruancement no benfits for employes no L2 projects , 4/5 projects are L1 projects only , gss already loose 3 major projects and it is ready to loose one more in near feature i didn't see any new projects since 3 years only one thing is u will get your salary on time.but at the same time u will get very less amount
