Pros

Doing projects for other companies in the sphere of data - there is always work over there. Always contract with Gstat so no need to re-sign after project finishes

Cons

Doing projects for other companies in the sphere of data - not so stable, not everybody likes it. Have to change company, location etc every time the project comes to an end. Low salary as company gets part of payment for the projects.

Bad payment. Bad management that doesn't prioritize tasks, so you are always in crisis, and there is no pay rise even after 3 years in the company. And if you get one, it will be 1-2%
