It's a company of gain your first experience fast and run away to a better future

Pros

- they hire fresh graduators and let them start their career - they work with major players on the market which makes it a good experience

Cons

all the rest: - company culture is just awful - the salaries are really low - they really count every second and every cent - they will try not to pay for a company event you have to attend and such
