      Pros

      I’ve been with GTS for about 9 month now, it is a great company to work for, tons of smart people, work is intellectually challenging especially if you enjoy solving complex problems. People take ownership of their projects and not being micromanaged. Good work-life balance.

      micro management. Need to stay on MS Teams all the time, camera on, broadcast status "AFK" all day.

      The company is small and agile. Developers get to work with the nitty-gritty part of the industry and the technical experience gained is priceless.

      Cons

      Developers are required to handle multiple tasks in parallel and it each person may have multiple managers for different tasks. So each developer is required to manage their time and priorities very well.
