Great work environment! Everyone is friendly and helpful. Managers and Senior Management are approachable and accessible. The company focuses on innovation and new ideas, which keeps my work exciting. We have a great benefits package and flexible start/end times.

Pros

Very family friendly. Great people. Bosses are more like peers that lead, very approachable and fair. There is a lot of exciting stuff going on that is re-defining the way books are developed.

Cons

The industry has taken a beating over the past few years. The financial crisis that has hit the country affected the publishing industry greatly. When publishers don't publish, shops get no work. When shops have no work, people get let go. A horrible by-product of the economy.
