Worst Company Ever

Pros

- Generally nice managers - Work is interesting

Cons

Like all companies, they do not care about you. The IT graduates (me included) put our souls into the job and did our best — yet were made redundant right before Christmas as apparently there were no roles. At the end of it, all those senior people that I got to know during that time, could not care less and ignored my messages. My advice for fresh graduates: do not join GXO’s graduate schemes. They ask for a lot, continuously expect you to move around the country for each placement (operations and finance), and if you are unfortunate to land in the IT graduate scheme, you will be doing the graft but at the end kicked out.
