Pros

The pay was great, all of the communities are beautiful and there was a lot of team building as well as company outings.

Cons

A few regionals are extremely unprofessional and will speak ill of other employees and then throw tantrums, pick favorites. The company as a whole doesn’t accept employees with mental health issues as well, very saddening.

Gables does a nice job taking care of their properties. With new buildings there is an opportunity for growth. Everyone was really nice and the overall culture was welcoming.

Desk job stationary to the one building 9-5 work schedule, allotted amount of days off without a lot of flexibility
