Pros

One of the best parts of my job is having the support from many different levels of my team and executive team. This feels very comforting when dealing with any problematic issues at work. There are tons of references and guides to help, all my direct managers as well as higher executives have been so helpful and supportive with my overall performance. I’ve always felt very appreciated by my company. My time is valued and my time off is also accepted. The company has been great as far as this industry goes.

Cons

Compensation could be slightly higher.

Pros

The people and management are very supportive and great to work for! There seems to be many opportunities for advancement within the company and they do promote from within from what I have seen so far! Also they have a really cool fitness program called virgin pulse that you can use to track your steps and other healthy activities to earn points which you can redeem for gift cards!

Cons

No official public transit reimbursement program. Although they do have a pre tax benefit that you can elect but they don't reimburse you as of yet.
