Pros

It gives me a lot of opportunities to learn, grow and earn. We have got a very good working environment. Facilities are very good.

Cons

It requires a lot of travelling. My family has got really fed up of this. And touring lenghs are also high.

Pros

Learn as much or as little as you want with real-world problems in a tight deadline driven environment. Planning projects and coding some serious web applications for large and small clients with some great people.

Cons

The company has a fairly flat structure, so the position you are hired for is the title you'll keep, probably for your entire stay. Demeaning, arbitrary rules about food (no eating in the office), dress code and a time-clock - yes, a time-clock - for all salaried employees show the disrespectful attitude of management.
