Pros
I was surprised how passionate everyone here is about the product. Several employees are avid players and really want the company to succeed. I also appreciate executive managements focus on getting the right people in to fill in the current knowledge-base gaps within the company. Compensation is also competitive, especially when compared to other companies in the industry.
Cons
Previous employee retention issues have led to a loss in product knowledge across the company. Some individuals have not received regular cost of living increases despite being valuable contributors.
