Pros

Learning is good. Supportive Colleagues. Recharge Holiday.

Cons

Politics are letting the organisation lose their key Assets. "People change their bosses not companies". Only friends or relatives of managers get good benefits/perks, irrespective of their performances. More More and Many More intermediate politics. Learn, earn and move out else you will ruin your life in internal politics. Less work life balance. No Value to contributions.

Pros

An environment of constant learning where I’m inspired by the people I work with. Plenty of growth opportunities, great vision and an executive team that is truly tapped into the realities of our customers and team members.

Cons

It can get intense! There isn’t always a critical ear to revising specific business processes and 10% too many meetings that could’ve been emails
