Pros

Management practices what they preach on being human first Benefits are off the charts awesome, including Recharge days, unlimited Vaca, unmatched medical and vision, and 401(k) Customers appreciate our consultative approach and are responsive to our thought leaders ideas for making their CS orgs awesome

Cons

For real, nothing. The only con is that other companies lure our technical folks away because they are so good leaving us to replace them.

Pros

This company really cares about it's employees. I feel involved, appreciated and making an impact. Good benefits, monthly recharge days, amazing company events, and many more perks make it almost impossible for me to ever leave.

Cons

Literally the only thing I can think of is the policy of using Macbooks for work.
