From day one at Gainsight I have felt connected and cared about by every layer of management. I am continually given opportunities to grow and be challenged and I work with people who truly care about their work. The Gainsight mission is to be living proof you can win in business by being human first and this is not just lip service. People who don't align with the values at the executive level have been shown the door and Gainsight's reach goes far beyond employees and customers but also to communities. The programs they are running in India to help people in underserved communities and mothers returning to work gain employment (Gainsight has been able to hire people directly from these programs) are truly remarkable. This is a company I am very proud to work for and hope to build a career here for years to come.

I could go on and on about why Gainsight is the best place to work. They are truly "human first" and incorporate that into everything they do. Unlimited PTO and free health insurance! Managers are leaders who are willing to help you with anything you need. Everything that is done here is extremely transparent. They are also a remote-first company which gives the power to the employees. I've never been happier with any company than Gainsight.
