Pros
Gainsight is leading by example, both by product-market fit and how to run a company internally. Everyone is dedicated to their role, and proud to be part of the organization...and it shows. We are human-first through and through. I used to see all the human-first content on LinkedIn and thought it was fake, but when I got here, realized it was a larger piece of the puzzle than I could have ever imagined. It has challenged me to be a better person and co-worker. And it all comes from down from our entire leadership team.
Cons
The largest con is that we are still in a relatively new space. While our core buyers believe in the vision, there are some CEOs/CFOs of our potential customers that still dont. So you can do everything right in the sale, and still be denied.
