Human first in everything, most family friendly and work life balance environment, flexible

Cons

none! I love all parts, I guess it would be nice to see colleagues more, but remote work is how it is

Pros

Gainsight is FUN. There is a sort of magic that's in the air that you can feel - even being a remote first organization. The people are by far the biggest pro for Gainsight. There's flexibility, diversity of thought, an openness to ideas and support across the board. Company events are part of the perk of being a Gainster as they are educational and enjoyable. I also find that my personal values truly align with the company's values which gives me an additional layer of motivation to do my best work.

Cons

With most organizations, there are growing pains that can be felt in some of the processes and through management. The positive edge to this is that it is obvious that leadership has good intentions and clearly has people's best interests in mind. A 401k match plan is a miss.
