-Awesome product with a dedication to keeping up with the market and making constant and relevant iterations and upgrades. -Great culture organization-wide; regardless of title everyone willing to help -Genuine need/want to make a positive impact on customers growth -Development and growth opportunities -All employees striving for the same goal and on the same team. -Distinct business strategies are outlined, transparent approach from executives encourages buy-in and performance from employees -Feedback encouraged, listened to and applied for impact across the board

Cons

-Growing pains not unlike any other business going through a similar phase. If you can ignore some of the noise then it's totally worth it
