      1. Great place to work and learn a lot and grow technically 2. Pay is good but incentives like insurance can definitely be made better. 3. Most teammates are helpful and do believe in a human-first approach.

      Cons

      1. Can be hectic thus affecting work-life balance 2. Some processes are too manual

      Pros

      There are many ! a) 100% Cloud SaaS based Product organization b) Matured and transparent leadership. Truly believes and lives on the "Human First" model; a term invented by Gainsight itself c) Well organized departments and processes. d) Employees are empowered to take the decisions to strive the product on to the next level e) Pretty much on the cutting edge tech stack. f) Offers amazing learning curve and work culture. g) Has global presence and a healthy customer portfolio.

      Cons

      a) Frequency of innovation is high; Not sure if customers are willing chew this much. b) Wish it had its own IPO by now !
