      Strictly not recommended if you are being hired in non-engineering team. Don't go with the dummy job description.

      1.No restrictions on working hours. 2.Good scope for learning in engineering teams. 3.High pay.

      Cons

      1.Favouritism 2.Seniors who have been here for a while scare newly hired resourses with their attitude. 3.Managers speak about transparency, but it never happens in reality. Lot of politics especially in non-engineering teams. 4.People who come here with strong technical background have to work on tool that doesn't require that much expertise.

      We strive to be a team that truly embodies Gainsight values in all possible ways. However, it is sad to see that this member had a negative experience.
