      Quality of work is great Learning new things and exploring is always encouraged and supported Leadership is passionate and clear about the product roadmap People first approach of the management is commendable Get to collaborate with great talents Employee feedback and opinions on products are always heard and acted upon if needed, irrespective of one's job title. Work culture is great with flexible hours and work-life balance.. Plenty of fun activities, annual events, team outings make the work environment festive like

      Cons

      Nothing from an individual perspective. But there definitley are some minor cons not worth mentioning. Hence close to ideal but not ideal..!
