      Incredible leadership from Nick Leader in CS space Fun culture

      some of the systems need updating, and I know that's a big initiative to clean up old data, collateral, etc to make the internal day to day easier.

      Pros

      The company pioneered the customer success movement and used to have a lot of talented people.

      Cons

      This is discussed by everyone but leadership is lacking. The CCO has only held pre-sales roles as a technical solutions consultant, and not appropriate for the position. It’s disappointing to see ineffective leaders rise simply because of their relationships with the C suite.
