      Great culture and vision, but some things need improvement

      Pros

      - amazing culture - wonderful and driven co-workers - leadership is doing a lot more to listen to all employees and improve things - new COO seems to really care and is getting involved a lot - shook up VP and c-level suite recently, for the better

      Cons

      - no retirement matching - pay could be better, in comparison to the market - very slow to backfill positions when people leave

      Gainsight's culture is one-of-a-kind! The company and leadership team invests in their people and their teams to be successful. They take work-life harmony seriously and provide programs and development to ensure individuals are getting career growth.

      Cons

      Gainsight needs to focus on what it is we want to be successful in and then go all in. Don't over do it trying to be successful in all areas of CS. Just narrow in and we will continue to make strides.
